1. Current Sub-Processors
These are the vendors Palate uses to operate the Service. Each is bound by a contract restricting it to processing data only to provide services to Palate.

Not used. We do not use advertising networks, advertising pixels, data brokers, or third-party analytics. No vendor on this list is permitted to use your data for its own marketing.
2. How We Notify You of Changes
Before a new sub-processor begins processing customer personal data, we will:
- Update this page, and
- Give restaurant customers at least 30 days’ advance notice by email to the account’s billing contact.
A customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds within that 30-day period by writing to hello@palate.pro. If we cannot resolve the objection, the customer may terminate the affected part of the Service and receive a refund of prepaid fees covering the period after termination.
To be notified of changes, email hello@palate.pro with “Sub-processor updates” in the subject line, and we will add you to the notice list.
